Welcome to TicketSnipe. By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.

1. Description of Service

TicketSnipe is a community-driven mobile application that:

• Allows users to report and share locations of traffic enforcement activities
• Displays community-reported enforcement locations on a map
• Provides proximity alerts to nearby reported locations
• Aims to promote traffic law awareness and safe driving

2. Eligibility

To use TicketSnipe, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid driver's license (where applicable)
• Agree to these Terms of Service
• Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

3. Acceptable Use

3.1 You AGREE to:

• Use the app for informational and awareness purposes only
• Submit accurate and truthful reports
• Obey all traffic laws and regulations
• Drive safely and responsibly at all times
• Not use the app while actively driving (use hands-free or passenger mode)

3.2 You AGREE NOT to:

• Submit false, misleading, or spam reports
• Use the app to evade law enforcement or commit illegal activities
• Abuse or overload our servers with excessive requests
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the app
• Use the app in any way that violates local, state, or federal laws
• Interfere with other users' access to the service
• Collect or harvest data from the app for commercial purposes

4. User-Generated Content (Reports)

4.1 Your Responsibility

When you submit a report, you represent and warrant that:

• The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• You are not submitting spam or false information
• The report does not violate any laws or third-party rights

4.2 License to Use Reports

By submitting a report, you grant TicketSnipe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the report (location coordinates and timestamp) to other users of the app.

4.3 Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any reports that:

• Appear to be spam or false
• Violate these Terms
• Are reported by multiple users as inaccurate

5. Disclaimers and Limitations

5.2 Information Accuracy

We do not verify or guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted reports. Reports are crowdsourced and may be:

• Outdated or expired
• Inaccurate or incorrect
• Submitted maliciously or in error

5.3 Not Legal Advice

TicketSnipe does not provide legal advice. This app is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional legal counsel.

5.4 No Liability for Violations

You are solely responsible for your driving behavior. We are not liable for:

• Any traffic violations, tickets, or fines you receive
• Accidents or injuries resulting from app use
• Missed enforcement locations not reported in the app
• Reliance on inaccurate reports

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• TicketSnipe and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the app (which is $0 for a free app)
• We are not responsible for damages arising from your use or inability to use the app

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TicketSnipe, its developers, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the app
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any laws or regulations
• Any reports you submit

8. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information. By using the app, you consent to our privacy practices.

9. Termination
